We would like to thank also John Forkosh for his excellent program mimeTex. Without it including TeX typeset in ConnectedText would be much harder.
See here what changed in Version 1.2. Download it right now so you can start benefiting of the new features. We took special care to remove all bugs reported to us. If you found a bug and it is not fixed post a message in our forum or contact us directly.
Version 1.2 includes a new plugin architecture that opens new possibilities to ConnectedText. For example: using the Python plugin it is possible to query an external database and include the results in the text. Or scraps web sites to get useful information. You are bounded only by your imagination. Tell us about suggestions for new plugins or interesting cases of use.
Version 1.2 supports Asian characters. It was asked by a lot of users. Below is a screenshot where Korean characters are displayed. The only remaining issue is full text search using Asian codepages. For those users which use Asian characters we would like to hear from you if there are other problems that must be addressed.
