The day finally arrived!!! We are proud to announce version 1.5 release.
It took more time than we planned but we think our effort was rewarded. Now ConnectedText fully supports Unicode, has a improved search engine, Navigator can be docked anywhere and many other new features. Check the complete list by yourself.
During the development cycle, specially during the beta cycle, we received many bug reports and suggestions. We tried to add as many features as possible without changing to much our schedule. We would like to thank all of you. And if your suggestion didn't come into this version rest assured that it is our ever growing backlog, and it will be added in the future.
Since ConnectedText now supports Unicode, its requirements changed. Windows 98 and ME are not supported anymore. If you use those Windows versions you will need to remain with version 1.2.0.6 of ConnectedText, unless you plan to use just plain ASCII in your texts.
During the installation of version 1.5 all projects are converted to a new format that is not compatible with prior versions of ConnectedText. Backup your Projects directory before you install the new version. You will need those file if you want to revert to a previous version of ConnectedText.
For those using a 1.5 beta version consult the Change Log to know what changed from the last beta released.

The development is was almost done. All major features are completed and Full Text search is now working with Unicode. Some minor bugs remain and it is necessary more tests and adjustments. Keep sending your bug reports
This version also includes Russian translation. Many thanks to Andrey Subbotin who provided it. It is necessary to have Windows configured for Russian locale.
Again we would like to thank all feedback we received. If you sent a suggestion and it was not implemented, don't worry. It will be in next versions.
